He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Scoles and Gwen Scoles (Rose); and his siblings, James Scoles and Judy Riley. He is survived by: his sons, Carl Scoles (Barbara), Randy Scoles (Pam) of Littleton, CO and Raymond Scoles, III of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Carrie Copley, Randy Scoles II, April Ramsey, Amy Strempke and Ashley Scoles; and his brother Ronald. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Tower Park (4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701). A rosary was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
