She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brown and Jackie Brown (Kirk); and her sister Jennifer Brown. She is survived by: her children, Courtney Darby (Derek) of Ankeny and Zach Elster of Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Blake, Tyson, Alaina, Caleb Darby, Landon, Lincoln, Kara, Liam and Lucas Elster; her brother Timothy Brown (Jackie) of Foley, AL; and her daughter-in-law Courtney Elster of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by numerous nieces and great nieces and nephews.
