He is survived by: his sons, Robert Earl Osborn of Roy, UT and Roger Lee Osborn of Burlington, IA; and his brothers, Richard Osborn of Rome, TX, Ronald Osborn of Peoria, IL and Raymond Osborn of Eureka, IL..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601).
