He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jones and Elizabeth Jones (Steffen); his daughter Jennifer Jones; his wife Marilyn Jones (LaPole); and his siblings, Francis, Russel Jones, Rita McBride and Mary Jones.

He is survived by: his children, Laurie Saul (Larry) of Waterloo, James Jones (Sheila) of Waterloo, Mark Jones of Bowling Green, KY, Michael Jones (Nicole) of Tampa and Patrick Jones (Martha) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Nicholas Saul (Laura), Nicole Saul (Daniel), Jacob Jones, Alexander Jones, Joshua Jones and Katelyn Jones; and his great grandchildren, Randy Kollmann III, Collin and Mia Saul.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
