Deb Carter Neighbor wrote a sympathy message

“I was fortunate to have Ron as my uncle. He was a kind, intelligent and funny man. I always looked forward to seeing him and Penie at the holidays. We had such a fun time playing games together. Uncle Ron will always remain the UNO champion. He was such a strong person and after surviving a heart transplant, I thought he would live forever. It is with much sadness that I say goodbye to my dear Uncle Ron.”
