He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn McPhail and Viola Peterson (Hultman); his wife Zona Wilson; his daughter-in-law Sunny McPhail; and his brother Norman McPhail.
He is survived by: his children, David McPhail of Hendersonville, Tenn, Scott McPhail (Cheryl) of Denver, Colo. and Margie Musch (Mike) of Washburn. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family to be designated at a later date.
