He is survived by: his parents, Scott Richter of Cedar Falls and Luann Schmidt Benson (Dewain) of Waterloo; his children, Dayton Richter of Waterloo and Ryan Jr. of Waterloo; his siblings, Josh Richter (Caitlin Edler) of Cedar Falls, Nick Richter (Sam Glazier) of Waterloo and Emily Richter of Waterloo; and his stepsiblings, Matt Benson of North Liberty, Adam Benson of Des Moines and Jessy Huenke of Hinton.
