She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Phillips and Norma Phillips (Moran); and her brother Bruce Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Wolff; her daughter Kendle Jones (Adam); her grandchildren, Calvin, Dante, Drew, Lara and Jude of Huxley; her son J. R. Wolff' (Candis); her grandson Ethan of Waterloo; her siblings, Chris Phillips Olson of Morehead, MN, Bill Phillips of Omaha, NE, Mike Phillips, Brian Phillips of Davenport and Brad Phillips; and her niece Desirea Phillips of Dike. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
