She was predeceased by: her father Reggie Tate; her stepfather John M. Warren; her granddaughter Nicole; her grandparents, Mervin, Phyllis Berkenes, Virgil and Ruby Tate; and her sisters, Gina and Christina.

She is survived by: her mother Sandra "Sandie" Warren; her sisters, Susie Karns (Kevin), Kimberly Dahl (Jason) and Ginger Knapp (Scott); her children, Whitney Gustafson, Zach Dahl, Noah Dahl and April Volling; and her grandchildren, Paisley, Hayze and Flynn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
