With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theresa Davis of Waterloo, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Diggins and Francis Diggins (Walters); her boyfriend Jim Hensen; and her brother Rusty Diggins. She is survived by: her son Michael Davis (Danyel); her granddaughters, Lillian and Abigail; her child Lee Avina (Elias); her grandchildren, Elias, Michael, Evan and Christian; her child JoDee Elizalde (Alvaro); her grandchildren, Julietta and Junior; Dawn Diggins, Jodi Diggins, Lynn Nieman and Chris Diggins.
