He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Riggins and Mabel "Virginia" Taylor Riggins. He is survived by: his brother Orlin Riggins; and his nephew Taylor Riggins (Katie) of Dysart.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Locke (606 E Main St, La Porte City, IA 50651). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul United Methodist Church (501 Sycamore St, La Porte City, IA 50651).
