She is survived by: her children, Love, Mary Hicok (Richard), Amy Lowery, James McBride (Ellen), William McBride (Barb), Patrick McBride (Jan), Teresa Drtina (Dan Pence), Julie Mlinar, Carol Borschel (James), Michael McBride (Lauri), Sally Johnson (Jeremias) and Lucy Ferguson (John); and her siblings, George Shimek, William Shimek, Dorothy Condon and Mary Ann Gloe.
