He is survived by : his wife Maria Westendorf; his children, Ken Drewes (Barb) of Des Moines, Diane Steimel (Tim) of Gilbertville, Carol Sullivan (Ron) of Waterloo, Randy Drewes of Afton and Pam Drewes of Waterloo; his brother LaVern Drewes of Waterloo; and his sister-in-law Ila Drewes of Waterloo. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
