He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Blake and Marie Blake (Christoffersen); his brother James Blake; and his cousins, Steve Showers and Tom Parrott.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Blake (Johnson); his children, Eric Blake (Angie) and Barbi "Chicks" White (Michael); his grandchildren, Alysse Castaneda (Armando), Kyle Blake (Christina), Emilee White and Clay Blake (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Braxton Blake and Adalyn Blake; and his cousins, Liane Nichols (Christoffersen) and Linda Parrott (Denkinger).
Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or St. Lukes Episcopal Church in Billy's memory.
