He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Cochran and Hazel Cochran (Roberson); and his sister Connie Wendel. He is survived by: his wife Pam Cochran of Waterloo; his children, Shayne Cochran of Waterloo, Stacy Cochran (James MacDiarmid) of Seattle and Lyndsey Cochran Bywater (Rich) of Des Moines; and his siblings, Lee Cochran (Tammy) of Newton, Sharon Haskovec (Joe) of Goodyear, AZ and Annette Parker of Park Ridge, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home - New Hampton (101 W Main St, New Hampton, IA 50659). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jerico Lutheran Church (2512 120th St, New Hampton, IA 50659). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Jerico Lutheran Church Cemetery (2500 120th St, New Hampton, IA 50659).
