She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Hooker and Bessie Mae Shaw (Mills); her husband Sam Bailey; her son Danny Cooper; her grandchildren, LaTesha Bailey and Laquonda Harris; her siblings, Lillie B. Henderson and James Mills Jr.; her nieces, Betty Coleman, Debra and Beverly Henderson; and her great-nephews, Decarlos Henderson and Tracey Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Rosiland Caston (Bill) of Waterloo, Kathryn Campbell of Minn and Rajon Bailey of Waterloo; and her sister Janie Montgomery of Waterloo. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a great-nephew.
