We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 57, David Bartusek of Waukee, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Bartusek to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Bartusek and Marlys Bartusek (Hoskins); and his brother Dennis Bartusek. He is survived by : his wife Cindy Bartusek (Johnson); his children, Trevor Bartusek, Mackenzie Mahoney (Johnny) and Shae Bartusek; his grandson Declan Mahoney; his sister Denise Rottinghaus (Mike); his nephews, Jim, Brandon Rottinghaus and Austin Bartusek; and his aunt Shirley Suby. He is also survived by mother-in-law, sister-in-law's, brother-in-law's and many nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (833 Ash St, Osage, IA 50461). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Osage Public Safety Center (432 Main St, Osage, IA 50461).
