He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Hathaway (Nancy) of Naperville, IL, Theodore Hathaway (Carol) of Bettendorf, IA, Anne McAtee (Terry) of Lexington, KY and Dr. Anthony Hathaway (Jo) of Davenport, IA..
