He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Ohm and Ethel Ohm. He is survived by: his wife Jacki (Jacki); his children, Renae (Mike), Stacey (Wanda) and Jay (Kim); and his grandchildren, Stephen and Michelle. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ernst Funeral Home (80 NE Dartmoor Dr, Waukee, IA 50263).
