He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jensen and Marie Jensen (Whitmore); his daughter-in-law Mindy Jensen; his siblings, Phyllis Jensen and Ronald Jensen; and his sister-in-law Lois Jensen.
He is survived by: his sons, Trent Michael Jensen (Danielle) and Brock James Jensen (Carissa); his wife Barb; his son Josh Jensen (Heidi); his stepdaughter Cassie Brandt (Matt); his grandchildren, Kinnick, Karver, Knile, Kadrian, Cooper, Kylie, Brooke, Elijah, Madison, Emmalyn, Delaney and Haley Jensen; his stepgranddaughter Della Brandt; his sister Bette Soenke (Edd); and the mother of his children Connie Jensen (Rick Mogensen). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and other family members.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ernst Funeral Home (80 NE Dartmoor Dr, Waukee, IA 50263).
