She is survived by: her parents, Richard Lang of Ames and Jacqueline Lang (Hoffman) of Greensboro; her husband Nick Simons of Grimes; her children, Ryan Simons (Jessica) of Des Moines, Jake Simons (Tessa) of Urbandale and Sara Simons of Ankeny; her siblings, Barbara Hutchison of Charleston, Monica Lang of Urbandale, Iowa, Tom Lang (Linda) of Jacksonville, Florida and Veronica Briley of Ankeny, Iowa; and her nieces and nephews, Megan Hutchison, Allison, Marshall Lang, Kyla Jones, Amber Starr and Blake Briley.
