She is survived by: her son Josh Masters (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Beya Sidney Masters and Cashton Rafael Masters; her brother Avrum Levin (Pnina); and her nieces and nephews, Elisheva, Zisa, Liba, Mera, Ydidya and Shmarya Levin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Vicki's memory may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
