We bid farewell to William Duane Rosenwinkle of Waukee, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 9, 2026 at the age of 93. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick D. Rosenwinkle and Grace Janice Rosenwinkle (Mennenga); his wife Audrey Pauline Duffield; his brother Dale Rosenwinkle; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Siefken (Glenn) and Claude Sabino.
He is survived by: his daughter Kelli Ann Rosenwinkle of Waukee; his siblings, Robert Rosenwinkle (Louise) of McRae, Arkansas and Roberta Knapp (Jim) of Clarksville; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Sabino of Peoria, AZ, Dawn Bruhn (Gene) of Clarksville and Miriam Marshall of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clarksville Funeral Home (221 W Greene St, Clarksville, IA 50619). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Christ (302 S Elizabeth St, Clarksville, IA 50619).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
