He is survived by : his mother Carol Mullikin (Cipra); his wife Cheryl Triggs; his children, Breanna Durnan (Lucas), Marissa Carlo (Alyn), Samantha Mullikin, Myranda Flores (Ricardo), Brennen Frick, Kirsten Mullikin (Bobby Beltran), Mason Frick, Dylan Mullikin (Serenity Visgar) and Lane Grotegut; and his siblings, Jeff (Tammy), Brenda Wagner (Jim), Vicki Waller (Bruce) and Amy Hamann (Kirk).
