She was predeceased by : her parents, Mildred Chapman (Layland) and Verner Chapman; her husband Lou; her siblings, Don, Eber and Colleen; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Welper.

She is survived by : her siblings-in-law, Shirley Chapman, Franklin "Doc" Weymiller (Jean) and Ruth Ann Myhre (Leon).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon.
