He is survived by : his wife Inez Normann of Waukon; his children, Nancy Hart (Pat), Jim Cooper (Stacie) and Betsy Teff (Joe); his grandchildren, Dylan Hart, Lily Kossman, Sean, Issac, Faith, Hannah Cooper, Jacob and Joseph Bailey Teff; and his siblings, Dorothy Henning (Bob), Marlene Hartley, Vernon Cooper (Eileen), Judy Sommer (Jerry), Beverly Leiran (Tom) and Marlin Cooper.
