He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Blake (Hammell); his son Tyler "Bubba" Blake; his brother Mike Blake; his in-laws, Harold and Evelyn Manning; and his brother-in-law Patrick Manning.
He is survived by: his father Patrick Blake; his wife Mary Blake; his children, Todd Blake (Kandra), Tammy Stortz (Brian), Travis Blake and Tracy Blake (Nicole); his grandchildren, Will, Elizabeth Blake (Cecilia Bean), Amber, Tyler (Ally), Morgan Stortz, Courtney and Weston Blake; his great grandchildren, Callen, Macsen Blake, Brock, Hank, Jack and Lincoln Stortz; his siblings, Connie Pecinovsky, Patty Blake, Judy Bailey, Diane McKenna, Larry Blake, Kay Pecinovsky, Pat Blake, Tom Blake, Chris Hackman, MaryAnn Brodahl and Bill Blake; and his grandsons, William, Wyatt Blake, Blake Stortz, Brennen Blake and Ayden Blake. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law.
