He is survived by : his wife Janice Kempf of Waukon; his children, James Barrett of Chicago, IL, Jeffrey Barrett of Prairie, Jason Barrett (Carrie) of Seattle, WA, Cindy Barrett Schulte (Max) of Baltimore, MD, Lucy Harwood (Trevor) of Waukon and Chris Barrett (Aly Meyer) of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Racheal, Tony, Bowen, Caitilin, Ayden, Gabe, Mikariyah, Simon, Milo, Roehrey and Avalynn; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Addison, Dante and Avery.
