She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Waters (Wild); her husband James "Tony" Urell; her parents-in-law, Tom and Ethel Urell; her sons, Tom Urell and Darrell Fahey; her sister Joann (Jim Schwartzhoff); and her siblings-in-law, Occo Fink, John Urell (Lela), Donnie Drew, Mary Brandt (Ralph) and Judy Sorum (Howard).
She is survived by: her children, Dale Urell (Kelly) of Waukon, Ed Urell (Denise Beisker) of Waukon, Linda Ryan (Dan) of Waukon, Perry Fahey (Peggy Sivesind) of Waukon, Eileen Wood (Duane "Woody") of Waukon, Maureen Fahey (Andy Schlitter) of Waukon and Nancy Fahey of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Ian Urell (Allison), Devin Ryan (Heidi), Sarah Ryan (Brandon Schuttemeier), Claire Urell (Tristan Brainard), Cassey Zidlicky (Cody), Megan Fahey (Ben Selvig) and Meika Fahey; her great grandchildren, Walker, Noah, Marri Urell and Reese Ryan; her siblings, Mary Fink, Jim Waters (Dorothy), Harold Waters (Carol), Tom Waters (Mary Jo), Jean Gavin and Ray Waters (Jess); and her sister-in-law Sarah Drew. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
