He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gamble and Bernice Gamble (Erickson); and his siblings, Betty Silverhus, Jean Bergeson, Earl Jr., Darrell and Ronald Gamble.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Heineman of Waverly; his children, Denise Prehatney (Paul) of Tucson, Arizona, Anthony Gamble (Jada) of Milwaukee, Mary Gamble of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Nicole Gamble of Chicago, Illinois; his grandsons, Blake and Max Gamble; and his siblings, Patsy Leegaard (Harold) of Dawson, Minnesota, Janet Liebl of Dawson, Minnesota, David Gamble (Sandy) of Avon and Jerry Gamble (Karen) of Spring, Texas..
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (218 2nd St SE, Waverly, IA 50677). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church-Waverly (415 4th St SW, Waverly, IA 50677).
