He is survived by: his wife Judy Heineman of Waverly; his children, Denise Prehatney (Paul) of Tucson, Arizona, Anthony Gamble (Jada) of Milwaukee, Mary Gamble of Cedar Falls, Iowa and Nicole Gamble of Chicago, Illinois; his grandsons, Blake and Max Gamble; and his siblings, Patsy Leegaard (Harold) of Dawson, Minnesota, Janet Liebl of Dawson, Minnesota, David Gamble (Sandy) of Avon and Jerry Gamble (Karen) of Spring, Texas..
