He was predeceased by: his parents, Paula E Bahlmann (Struck) and Clarence F. Bahlmann; his grandson Brad Bahlmann; and his brother Ervin Bahlmann. He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Huck; and his children, Rick Bahlmann (Denise) of Miller Place, NY, Teresa Kampman (Gary) of Waverly, Melodee Thuesen (David) of Waverly and John Bahlmann of Waverly. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to The Waverly Area Veterans Post or Duane's family for later designation.
