She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hershberger and Irene Hershberger (Hess); her husband Lewis Levick (Buzz); and her son Robert. She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Fratzke (Harold) of Clear Lake, IA and LuAnn Grubman (Jack) of Bryn Mawr, PA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to either St. Croix Hospice or the Miriam and Buzz Levick Endowed Scholarship at Wartburg College.
