He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Poppe and Lois Poppe (Heiser); his son Michael Poppe; and his sister Ramona Koester. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Poppe of Waverly; his children, Susan Roethler (Dave) of Plainfield and Tom Poppe (Judy Lee) of Waverly; his daughter-in-law Margyne Poppe of Waverly; and his brothers, Larry Poppe (Janet) of Plainfield and Richard Poppe (Carol) of Waterloo. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
