He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Monaghan (Pernella), Rose Mary Bahlmann (Ed) and James Monaghan (Jennifer) of Waverly. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (218 2nd St SE, Waverly, IA 50677). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (2700 Horton Rd, Waverly, IA 50677).
Memorials may be directed to St. Mary Catholic Church or the Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community.
