Richard Dreesman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Dreesman of Waverly, Iowa, who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Dreesman and Etta Dreesman (Reiter); his siblings, Angeline, Norma, Ernest, Robert and Ruth; and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Betty, Barb and Andrew.
He is survived by: his wife Velda Ann Leisinger of Paul's Lutheran Church; his children, Vicki Kollenkark (Cole) of Adel, Brenda Krull (Nick) of Vinton, Timothy Dreesman (Kathy) of Waverly and Richard Dreesman (Heather) of Plattsmouth, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Brittini Johnson, Kelci Bearman, Alicia Bowlin, Jessica Kollenkark, Andrew Kollenkark, Savannah Dreesman, Alex Dreesman, Cade Dreesman, Gabe Dreesman, Nate Dreesman, Knox Dreesman and Lily Dreesman; and his siblings, Esther Lageschulte of Cedar Falls, Eugene Dreesman of Clarksville, Fred Dreesman (Kay) of Waverly and Larry Dreesman of Waverly. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
