She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin J. Silver and Mildred J. Silver (Faulkner); and her siblings, Thomas, William, James, Bob Silver, Joyce Wetli, Patty Portman, Rita Senesac and Mary Klemme.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Swanson of Waverly; her children, Angela Gaede (Darin), Amy Hungate (Jeff), Noah Swanson and Seth Swanson (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Preston, Chloie Brown, Kolton Adams, Grace, Leo and Warren Gaede; and her great grandchildren, Lana, Lily Bork and Jaedon Adams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (218 2nd St SE, Waverly, IA 50677). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery.
