She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Boese and Anna Boese (Steffen); her husband Dale D. Garrett; and her siblings, Alberta Miller and Arley Boese.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Garrett of Turner, Curt Garrett (Tina) of Mt. Pleasant, Mark Garrett (Karen) of Wayland and Beth Wirka (David) of Wahoo. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the Finley Cemetery and Parkview Home.
