We bid farewell to Kyler James Rugg of Wayland, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 13, 2026 at the age of 17. Kyler touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Louise Stauffer, Doc, Helen Rugg, Dick and Frances Morrow.

He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Rugg and Dawn Rugg (Stauffer) of Wayland; his brothers, Karsen and Kolten; his girlfriend Sammy Helfrich of Brighton; his son Benjamin Kyler James; his grandparents, Jimmy, Gina Stauffer of Wayland, Merle and Sherri Rugg of Wayland; and his great-grandparents, Curt and Janice Eddy of Wayland. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
