She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Eugene Sissel and Helen Sissel (Moeller). She is survived by : her husband Darle Elkin; her daughter Gina Adam (Brad); her granddaughter Alina Adam; her siblings, Craig Sissel (Cheryl) and Shelly Davis (Randy); and her sister-in-law Joan Greiner (Tom). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carrie's honor may be made to Kendall Young Library.
