He is survived by: his siblings, Nick and Mary; his children, Stephan Charles Dermand, Polly Wright, Elizabeth Mary (Dermand), Rick Alt and Emily Anne Dermand; his grandchildren, Jayne Oswald (Dermand), Nick Dermand, Stacy Decker (Alt), Jessie Bremer (Alt), Reid Alt, Maddie Alt, Allie Alt, Bailey Alt, Ashley Pfleger (Wilde) and Christopher Wilde; and his nieces and nephews, Tim, Rhonda Mechaelsen, Amy (Mechaelsen), Roger Ratcliff, David, Tammy Mechaelsen, Nick Dermand, John Dermand and Susan Wiedem (Dermand).
