In the sacred silence of farewell, Dan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Zatloukal and Agnes Zatloukal (Schuller); and his siblings, Kathryn Zatloukal, Patrick Zatloukal, Jerald Zatloukal and Richard Zatloukal.
He is survived by: his wife Whitney Ann Bauer; his sons, Brett Zatloukal (Brittany Maas) of Webster City and Shaun Zatloukal (Elyse) of Boone; his grandchildren, Kaiser, Owen and Olivia; his sister Dona Rohrer (Gene) of Mason City; and his sister-in-law Janis Zatloukal of Sioux City.
