She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Conover and Mary Conover; her husband David Hansen; her brothers, Jim and Tom; and her pet Foxey Lady.
She is survived by: her children, JD Hansen of Mediapolis and Jill Hansen of Des Moines; and her siblings, Ann of Zionville, Pat of Lubbock and Bob of Providence.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center (800 Willson Ave, Webster City, IA 50595).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to PBS or Treasured Hearts in Edie's name.
