He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Pietsch of Webster City; his daughter Stacey Koehler-West (Kevin) of Spokane, Washington; his sisters, Marlys Widmark of Minneapolis and Carol Cazer of Pennsylvania; and his pet Harley.
