He is survived by: his wife Carla Rae Crouch of North Carolina; his son Jacob Crouch of Webster City; his grandsons, Draytn and Kenji; and his brothers, Tim Jondal (Sandy) of Webster City and Tony Jondal (Cindy) of Badger.
