He is survived by: his girlfriend Patti Scott of Webster City, IA; his children, Kayla Duncan (Peter) of Essex, IA, Bobbi Jo Hamm (Chris) and Cadyn Kraeger of Kearney, NE; his brother Kenneth Choate, Jr. of Von Orme, TX; and his grandchildren, Brayden Hamm, Addison Hamm, Alexandria Hamm and Draven Duncan of Essex, IA.
