It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Evans of Webster City, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on July 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Evans and Ellen Evans (Severson); his son David Michael Evans; his parents-in-law, Junior and Betty Mordick; and his sister-in-law Jill Mordick.

He is survived by : his wife Denise J. Mordick of Webster City; his children, Matt Evans (Sarah) of Des Moines, Jason Evans (Tamara) of Grimes, Dan Evans (Michele) of Davenport and Megan Evans of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Taylor, Alexis, Jordan, Addison, Morgan and Lucas; and his sister-in-law Mary Beth Soesbe (William) of Clarion.
