He was predeceased by: his parents, Cruz Vasquez and Christine Vasquez (Olivarez); his wife Diane Vasquez; his brother Alfred Vasquez; his in-laws, Rod McTurk and Duane Jackson; and his sister-in-law Joyce Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Vasquez of Webster City and Michele Richabaugh (Steve) of Webster City; his great grandchildren, Tritian Tusing, Holden Jergens, Natalie, Tyzone and Harleigh (Mileena); his sisters, Becky McTurk of Oklahoma, Eloise Reyes of Waterloo, Lydie Jones (Larry) of Mason City, Irene Grover (Roger) of Dumont and Jen Virginia Vasquez (Joe) of Waterloo; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Jackson, David Jackson and Vicky Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
