He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Swanson and Bernadine Swanson; his former wife Julie Swanson; and his daughter Sandra Weiss. He is survived by: his wife Delma Miller of Webster City; his son Steve Swanson (Suzi) of Erie, CO; his son-in-law Wade Weiss (Janie) of Jefferson, IA; his grandchildren, Sean, Ryan, Nicole, Shelby Swanson, Adam (Chelsea), Neil (Taylor) and Jacob Weiss (Isabella); his great grandchildren, Waylon, Sandi, Hal, Vonne and Genevieve Weiss; Kurt (Jean) and Steve Miller (Denita). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
