He is survived by: his daughters, Leslee Harrison (Jimmy) of Winterset and Hayley Nugent (Matt) of Ankeny; his stepdaughters, Holly Shafer of Des Moines and Kimberly Shafer of Ankeny; and his sister Jaci Hupp of Webster City. He is also survived by two grandchildren; four step-grandchildren.
