He is survived by : his former life partner Joyce Callies; his wife Cindy King; his children, Kim Kuhlers (Steve Briola), Kreg Farley (Toni), Chad Carter (Krystel), Holly Larson (Ted) and Melissa Mathis (JJ); his grandchildren, Paige Weinschenk (Evan), Kenady Highland (Jacob Zanders), Connor Larson, Jayden Mathis (Mateo Balderas), Trey Mathis, Olivia Shannon (Keanan), Colton Kuhlers (Halie), Courtney Carter, Zane Carter (Abbey), Dominique Zimmer, Collen Zimmer, Ryder Reese and Jake Farley; his great grandchild Finleigh Shannon; and his siblings, Rodney Farley (Janice), Judy Bergkamp (Jim) and Ron Farley.
